2. Use of the App

Eido is a personal, non-commercial service. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

3. Subscriptions

Eido offers a subscription that unlocks additional features, including:

• Audio narrations for each daily artwork
• Voting on upcoming art themes
• Access to the full artwork archive

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Artwork presented in Eido is sourced from the permanent collections of public museums and cultural institutions worldwide, and is in the public domain. Artwork descriptions and audio narrations are AI-assisted and generated by Eido — they are provided for personal, informational use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content from Eido without explicit written permission. Artwork images remain subject to the terms of their originating institutions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Eido is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that artwork information is complete or fully accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eido and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
